Eduard Litvac: "Route One Group is more than just a company; it's a vision crafted to address the challenges faced by those navigating the vast highways of the trucking industry. As an umbrella company, we house five distinct entities, each playing a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive a spectrum of top-notch services. From transportation to car hauling and dispatch services to cutting-edge electronic logging devices and a renowned trailer dealership in Chicagoland, we are committed to offering a one-stop solution for all trucking needs."

Which companies are part of the Route One Group, and what do they do?

Eduard Litvac: "Our 5 companies are the backbone of Route One Group. One specializes in transportation across the 48 states, another focuses on car hauling, a third provides essential dispatch services, the fourth delivers electronic logging devices and a groundbreaking app, and the last, not to be overlooked, is the official Extreme trailer dealer in Chicagoland, complete with a top-notch repair shop."

How did the idea of creating Route One Group come across?

Eduard Litvac: "Being a former truck driver, I intimately understood the industry's struggles. Conversations with my business partner, Rubens Gheorghe, led us to the realization that there was a gap that needed filling—a hub offering trustworthy services for truck drivers. Thus, Route One Group was born, driven by the mission to create a reliable and comprehensive platform for everyone in the industry."

The industry is challenging today; what helps you stay motivated?

Eduard Litvac: "Staying motivated in this demanding industry requires a commitment to guiding principles. At Route One Group, we embrace unity, integrity, and excellence in every initiative. Our motivation comes from achieving together, caring and connecting with our clients, excelling with virtue, dreaming big, and changing responsibly. These principles are the bedrock of our success and inspiration."

Now, there are five companies and, for sure, hundreds of people involved. How do you see Route One Group in the next 5 or 10 years? What is the grand plan?

Eduard Litvac: "Looking ahead, we envision Route One Group as more than just a collection of companies. Our plan is to grow and evolve. We're excited about the prospect of the Route One Club, aiming for over 500,000 members, creating an Academy for comprehensive learning in the trucking industry, establishing an Investment Fund for future projects, and launching a charity initiative to contribute to education, healthcare, environmental conservation, community development, and support for retired drivers and those affected by industry-related illnesses."
